How do I use a hypnosis track?
Remember, hypnosis is a normal, natural state of mind, so you cannot overdo it. Most people experience noticeable change after listening to a track for the first time, and you'll find that subsequent sessions encourage the change to become solid and long-lasting. For optimal outcomes, I recommend listening to a recording daily for 1 month, and periodically thereafter whenever you need a "boost", like just before a potentially triggering event. Be sure to listen to your hypnosis track when you can close your eyes and rest - not while driving!
What if I fall asleep while listening to a hypnosis track?
Great! When we transition from being awake to sleeping (or vice versa), that in-between state is the hypnotic state. It is quite common for people to fall asleep while listening to a hypnosis recording, and this is perfectly okay - your subconscious mind is still listening to all that is being said! What's especially nice about this is that you're also reaping the rewards of peaceful sleep. At the end of every hypnosis recording you are given the choice of drifting into a full night's sleep or awakening at the count of 5 (excepting a recording designed for sleep). Even if you are asleep and wish to return to wakefulness, you will still be able to make this choice.
How do I use an affirmation track?
An affirmation track is a series of positive statements carefully designed to give you a healthy, empowering belief system. You can listen to the recording at anytime, while resting or even if you're doing something else such as reading, driving or tending to your children. The statements will be passively absorbed by your subconscious mind, making this some of the easiest change you've ever made! Of course, it is also great if you choose to take some quiet time for yourself while listening to the affirmations. I recommend listening to the recording a minimum of once per day for 21 to 30 days. This is the time period within which affirmations have been scientifically documented to affect change in thought patterns.
